Alumni Medical Form
Welcome back! Thank you for all of your support last
year, and get ready, because 2011 promises to be a big year!
We are currently in the planning process, to evaluate
last year's changes and continue to work towards a seamless
and "invisible" alumni involvement.
Please check back here often for updates regarding the
alumni volunteer group.
Alumni will be needed at 2pm on Friday to begin set-up.
This year, the alumni will meet shortly after the opening
ceremonies on Friday night. At that time, alumni will be
asked and encouraged to sign up to volunteer for the
following categories: Water/Cups/Oranges/Trash; Costume
Party Clean up; Costume Party Human Parade Posts; Girls
Rooms Clean up; Boys Rooms Clean up; Dancer Bag Pick up;
Silent Auction; Live Auction. All of these tasks will be
broken down into time blocks, so you can sign up for the
task you want at the time you'd like to do it. These sign

Alumni access to the auditorium and cafeteria will be
restricted again this year. Alumni will not be permitted to
dine in the cafeteria. Alumni are also prohibited from any
and all dancer rooms at all times.
The SHMD video crew, headed by Mr. Stoutenger, is seeking
new participants. If you are looking for a way to volunteer
your time, and have experience with imovie and/or Final Cut
software, please email us.
The South High Marathon Dance is teaming up with Project:
Cameron's Story, a local organization whose mission is to
provide a new children's book to every parent of an infant
being treated at Albany Medical Center's NICU. We'll be
accepting donations of new children's books at the
dance. Please wrap your book donation in a plastic bag or
ziploc.
Please note, the snack bar and raffles in the old gym
will close at 7pm on Saturday.
Alumni shirts will again be available for $20
