About SHMD
The South High Marathon Dance is a charitable event that is held the first full weekend of March each year in South Glens Falls, New York. Students at South Glens Falls High School gather to raise money and dance for an amazing 28 hours. All money raised helps local individuals and charities.
This years Marathon Dance will be held March 1st and 2nd, 2024.
Important Dates:
- December 1st, 2024: Deadline for Marathon Dance 2025 Recipient Applications
- Dancer Signups will take place (TBD). Be on the lookout for more information
- NO Late Signups will be allowed
- February - March - We will meet to choose this year's recipients
- Mandatory Dancer Meetings
will take place (TBD). More information to follow.
